Robroy Industries Raceway Division names Ellen Curtis as Human Resources Manager
Robroy Industries Raceway Division recently announced the addition of Ellen Curtis to the team in the role of Human Resources Manager.
Ellen brings with her over 19 years of Human Resource Management experience from her time at Maxam Outdoors and CertainTeed as a Human Resources Business Partner. She also previously worked at Capacity of Texas as the Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety Manager. When asked what attracted her to the organization, Ellen stated, “The prospect of working with a great, results driven team, and having a better work-life balance.”
In her new role as Human Resources Manager for Robroy Industries Raceway Division, Ellen will be responsible for directing the development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs covering the following areas: recruitment, organization development and succession planning, training assessments, safety, benefits and employee relations.
