Jack Elliott

Jack Elliott has served on the Robroy Industries Board of Directors since 2017, contributing his legal expertise and long-standing commitment to strategic governance and organizational stewardship. With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in corporate and legal environments, he brings valuable insight to the board’s oversight and long-term planning efforts.

A graduate of Wake Forest University, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1978 before completing his Juris Doctor at the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1981.  Jack previously served as CEO and Chairman of Cohen & Grigsby, a regional corporate transactional law firm, and currently is a Shareholder with the global law firm, Dentons Cohen & Grigsby.  Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for sound judgment, disciplined analysis, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and business matters.

With a background spanning corporate law, risk management, and strategic advisory work, Jack offers balanced guidance and a thoughtful approach to governance at Robroy Industries. His experience supports the company’s ongoing focus on operational excellence, ethical leadership, and sustainable growth.
