Philip Pejovich

Dr. Phil Pejovich has served on the Robroy Industries Board of Directors since 2020, bringing more than 25 years of global P&L leadership experience across blue-chip companies including Pentair, Whirlpool, and TRW. His career spans multiple industrial markets—Flow, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Consumer Durables, and Aerospace/Defense—where he has successfully led both growth and restructuring initiatives.

In 2015, Phil founded PejGroup, a firm focused on directing family investments and providing industrial advisory, operating partner, and board services. His clients include large-cap private equity firms, private offices, and lower middle-market investors seeking strategic, operational, and commercial expertise.

In addition to overseeing multiple industrial investments, Phil serves as Board Chair for Stihl, Inc., a premier global provider of outdoor power equipment, and as a Board Member for Flow Control Holdings, LLC and Robroy Industries.

Phil is also passionate about education and workforce development. As an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota, he has taught courses in innovation, new product development, supply chain, and project management—bringing real-world industry experience into the classroom for future business leaders.

Phil holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a BSEE from Texas A&M University.
