Robert G. McIlroy II

Rob McIlroy is an owner of Robroy Industries and has served on the Board of Directors since 2006. He has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer since 2015. A seasoned executive in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry, Rob brings deep expertise in business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his tenure at Robroy Industries, Rob has guided major initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, product development, and marketing strategy.
