Steve Voelzke joined the Robroy Industries Board of Directors in 2025, contributing over thirty years of leadership experience in manufacturing, automation, and strategic business development. As an experienced executive with strong operational skills, Steve has guided organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and value creation.
Throughout his career, Steve has held ownership and executive positions, notably serving as CEO of Tegron, where he oversaw the company’s strategic direction and nationwide expansion in industrial automation and engineering. In 2008, he became Vice President of AIS (Automation Information Systems) and Chief Strategy Officer at Glenmount Global Solutions Inc., helping to shape its vision and standing in the industrial automation sector.
Steve began his tenure at Robroy Industries in 2012, taking on significant roles such as President/COO, President of the Conduit Division, and General Manager of the Conduit Division. Under his guidance, the organization saw advancements in product innovation, operational efficiency, market strategy, and achieved doubled growth.
His academic background spans Architecture Design from the Phoenix Institute of Technology, further studies at Texas A&M University–Commerce, and completion of an Executive Program at Stanford University in 2018. This blend of educational and professional experience informs his progressive approach to business leadership.
In addition to his work at Robroy Industries, Steve has served on several for-profit and nonprofit boards. He currently sits on the NEMA Board of Directors (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) and other company boards. Known for his strategic insight, operational discipline, and commitment to team development, Steve offers valuable expertise to Robroy Industries as the company prioritizes innovation, performance, and sustainable growth.
