Additionally, he will support the company’s marketing efforts, providing valuable market intelligence and ensuring full alignment between sales and business objectives.

Doug joins Robroy with a proven track record of success. Most recently, he served as a Regional Specification Manager, where he led efforts to convert engineering specifications, conducted technical product presentations, and spearheaded distributor training programs. His background also includes positions in sales leadership, where he achieved significant sales growth, managed distribution networks, and successfully increased revenue year-over-year.
