Robroy Industries Welcomes Mike Fisher as New Application Specialist

Robroy Industries is excited to announce the addition of Mike Fisher as the Raceway Division’s newest Application Specialist. With over 20 years of hands-on technical experience across multiple industries, Mike has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, maintenance operations, and technical training that will benefit him in his new role.
As Application Specialist, Mike will support Robroy’s valued customers by providing expert guidance on the application, proper use, and installation of the company’s products. His responsibilities will include delivering both in-person and virtual training programs, providing field technical support, and serving as a trusted advisor to end-users, contractors, OEMs, and manufacturer representatives. Mike will also work closely with the product development and sales teams to offer valuable feedback for future innovations, helping ensure Robroy’s product solutions meet the evolving needs of the marketplace.
“Mike’s strong technical background and his ability to communicate complex concepts in a practical, approachable way make him a perfect fit for this role,” said Mike Overstreet, National Sales Manager at Robroy Industries. “We’re excited to have him on board to strengthen our customer relationships and enhance our ability to meet their needs at all levels of engagement with our product.”
Mike has garnered extensive experience in his career that has included serving in the U.S. Navy; overseeing, installing, and maintaining electrical system operations; and developing hands-on and virtual technical education. His work as a Technical Trainer has equipped him to build and deliver highly effective training programs covering electrical safety, OSHA compliance, and advanced maintenance practices, while his experience working in the data infrastructure, power generation, and oil industries have given him the leadership skills and field expertise necessary to identify challenges and recommend effective, real-world solutions.
In his new role, Mike will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application and installation, helping contractors and end-users maximize the value and performance of Robroy’s products. He will also support internal teams as a technical resource, assisting with demand creation strategies and contributing to product marketing initiatives.
