Robroy Industries® Enclosures Division Appoints Hari Kumar as General Manager

Robroy Industries® Enclosures Division announces the appointment of Hari Kumar as General Manager, overseeing the company’s Belding, Michigan facility.

Hari Kumar joins Robroy Industries with a broad leadership background, including most recently serving for more than 22 years at BorgWarner, Inc., where he was responsible for full P&L oversight and led transformative improvements in talent development, product integration, customer quality, and operational efficiency. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles across multiple U.S. and European locations, spanning engineering, supply chain, and operations.

In his new role as General Manager of Robroy’s Enclosures Division, Hari will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of plant processes, with the objective of achieving optimum efficiency and growth by implementing organizational goals and policies.
