Robroy Industries Names Charlie Charpentier as New Product Line Manager for Raceway Division

Charlie brings years of progressive experience in product and project management within the electrical manufacturing sector. Throughout his career, he has championed initiatives that streamlined product data processes, enhanced sales enablement strategies, and accelerated new product development through cross-functional collaboration. He has led efforts that resulted in improved customer responsiveness, increased product visibility, and stronger alignment between commercial and operational teams. Charlie’s ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies has helped launch successful product lines and strengthen brand presence in competitive markets.

In his new role, Charlie will lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives within the Raceway Division. This includes managing the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through commercialization—while aligning closely with engineering, operations, and sales. He will also oversee portfolio optimization, product roadmap planning, and VOC integration, helping Robroy proactively respond to emerging market demands and customer needs. Charlie’s leadership will play a key role in driving innovation, improving speed to market, and reinforcing Robroy’s reputation for reliability and performance.

Charlie holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and is certified in product management through Sequent Learning.
