Robroy Industries Raceway Division promotes John Brinkley to Operations Supervisor

Gilmer, TX- Robroy Industries Raceway Division recently announced the promotion of John Brinkley to Operations Supervisor. John joined the organization in March 2021 and quickly proved what an asset he would be to our production team.  

In his role as Operations Supervisor, John is expected to provide leadership and supervision to production associates in our manufacturing process. He will help lead the team ensuring productivity, quality, and customer shipping needs are being met .

John brings with him prior manufacturing knowledge and experience. John invests time in his relationships with his co-workers, supervisors, and managers. He also brings a calmness to the Company’s commitment to do things right the first time that causes associates to gravitate towards that initiative. Plant Manager Bryan Wood Stated, “I am excited to see what all John accomplishes in his new role.  John’s eagerness to learn, take input from fellow managers, and his natural leadership skills are going to pay off big time.”
