Robroy Industries Raceway Division promotes Alyssa Jones to Human Rescource Manager

Gilmer, TX — [September 25, 2024] — Robroy Industries is proud to announce the promotion of Alyssa Jones to the position of Human Resource Manager at the Raceway Division. Alyssa has been with the company in various roles, most recently serving as Organizational Development Coordinator since July 2021. In her new position, Alyssa will bring her extensive experience in organizational development, employee relations, and leadership to oversee all human resource functions across the organization.

During her tenure as Organizational Development Coordinator, Alyssa played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive training and development programs that fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement. She worked closely with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs and ensure that Robroy Industries remains compliant with ISO and OSHA standards. Alyssa also provided vital support to employees on a variety of HR and OD-related topics, from recruitment and onboarding to employee performance enhancement and engagement.

Alyssa’s promotion is a natural progression given her track record of success and dedication. Before joining Robroy Industries in 2021, Alyssa served as the Director of Resources and Donor Relations at Heartlight Ministries Foundation, where she managed resources and public engagement. Her relationship with Robroy Industries dates back to 2016, when she worked as a Customer Service Associate, managing order fulfillment and serving as the primary point of contact for sales representatives and purchasing agents nationwide.
