Robroy Industries Enclosures Division Receives 2023 Environmental Impact Award from Pratt Industries

Robroy Industries Enclosures Division has been honored with the 2023 Environmental Impact Award by Pratt Industries, Inc. its largest supplier of corrugated packaging. Since 2021, Pratt Industries has provided nearly 400,000 100% recycled boxes annually for the enclosures produced at Robroy's Belding, MI manufacturing facility.

Robroy Industries is a leading supplier of non-metallic electrical enclosures including fiberglass, polycarbonate and PVC solutions.  Pratt, a dedicated business partner, is committed to providing sustainable custom packaging via their close-the-loop supply chain. Pratt provides 100% recycled, custom and cost-effective packaging solutions using a hub-and-spoke concept which also allows them to collect recyclable materials while delivering boxes to customers.

Through this valued partnership, and using packaging made from Pratt’s 100% recycled paper over the past year, Robroy Industries Enclosures Division has promoted sustainability with their approximate environmental impact of saving 1,834,000 gallons of water, conserving 1,048,000 kilowatt hours of power, preserving 4,454 trees, preventing 262 tons of CO2 emissions, and diverting 865 cubic yards of waste from landfills.
