Robroy Industries Promotes Wendy Swain-Owens to Director of Human Capital Management

Robroy Industries is pleased to announce the promotion of Wendy Swain-Owens to Director of Human Capital Management, expanding her previous role as Director of Organizational Development. This change reflects both Wendy’s proven capabilities and exceptional leadership, as well as the strategic importance of human capital to the company’s long-term growth and operational strength. 

Since joining Robroy Industries in August 2021, Wendy has made a significant impact by introducing foundational organizational development frameworks, enhancing leadership development programs, and strengthening talent management processes across the enterprise. In her expanded role, she will continue to lead initiatives that align workforce capabilities and development with Robroy’s strategic objectives, while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Wendy brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, including executive roles in the oil and gas sector. Her knowledge base spans organizational development and change management, leadership training and talent development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and culture building, as well as succession planning and performance optimization. Her well-rounded background has enabled her to build robust human capital strategies that support enterprise consistency and growth, and as Director of Human Capital Management, Wendy will use her talents in these areas to position the company for enduring success.
