Robroy Industries announced three promotions within its Raceway Division, along with the addition of a new Division Controller. The organizational updates support the division’s continued growth and reinforce its focus on clear ownership, accountability, and operational excellence.
The Raceway Division has experienced significant growth in recent years, and the updated leadership structure is designed to help the division scale its operations while maintaining a strong focus on serving customers and achieving its long-term objectives.
Kristen Edge has been promoted to General Manager, Raceway Division. In her new role, Edge will oversee the Raceway Division operating P&L, work with the President of Raceway to help establish the division’s strategic direction, lead its cross-functional leadership team, and drive disciplined execution across commercial and operational priorities. Edge has been with Robroy for eight years and has shown excellent leadership and performance in several key roles, including Division Controller and Operations Manager.
Bryan Wood has been promoted to Operations Manager, Gilmer. Wood brings eight years of Robroy experience and an extensive background in manufacturing, plant operations, and maintenance. As a trusted leader in the organization, he will now lead the Gilmer facility’s operational objectives, with continued emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and team development.
Patricia Dyar has been promoted to Materials and Service Manager. In her expanded role, Dyar will lead the Customer Service team while overseeing Scheduling, Buying, and Expediting. This alignment will strengthen collaboration across these essential functions and support a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery. Dyar has been with Robroy for 16 years and brings strong cross-functional leadership and a unique perspective on the business, having served in both Accounting and Materials roles.
“Kristen, Bryan and Patricia have each earned these expanded responsibilities through their leadership, commitment, and vision,” said Steve Voelzke, COO of Robroy Industries. “Their promotions reflect the strength of our team and our investment in building a scalable, accountable organization positioned to support the Raceway Division’s continued growth.”
Robroy also announced that Jonathan Fitch has joined the Raceway Division as Division Controller. Fitch will lead the Raceway accounting team and will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing operational insight and developing scalable financial processes across the division’s multi-site manufacturing operations. Fitch joins Robroy after nine years with Komatsu, where he most recently served as Cost Accounting Manager.
“We are pleased to welcome Jonathan to the Robroy team,” said Lane Magness, President of Robroy Industries’ Raceway Division. “His manufacturing finance experience and operational perspective will be valuable as we continue to strengthen our financial processes, support our teams across the division, and build for sustainable growth.”
