Robroy Industries Promotes Randy Untalan to Senior Corporate Systems Analyst

Robroy Industries has announced the promotion of Randy Untalan to Senior Corporate Systems Analyst.

In his new role, Untalan will manage the Chess help desk process, helping ensure user requests are assigned and addressed in a timely manner. He will also serve as Robroy’s champion for MuleSoft software, supporting the integrations between the company’s IFS enterprise resource planning system and other business systems.

Untalan joined Robroy in 2014 and has supported the company’s divisions through the successful rollout of numerous Chess projects. He has also played an active role in establishing electronic data interchange (EDI) interfaces within Robroy’s IFS implementation using MuleSoft.

“Randy has consistently demonstrated the technical expertise, reliability, and collaborative approach needed to support Robroy’s evolving systems environment,” said Anil Kewalramani, Director of IT at Robroy Industries. “His experience with Chess, IFS, and MuleSoft makes him well prepared to take on this expanded leadership role. We are confident that Randy will continue to help strengthen the processes and integrations our teams rely on every day.”
