Robroy Industries Appoints Lane Magness as President of Raceway Division

Magness brings more than 15 years of leadership experience driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation in highly technical manufacturing environments. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, expanding into new markets, and delivering strong financial results while maintaining a deep focus on customer relationships and operational discipline.

Prior to joining Robroy Industries, Magness served as President of D-Tech Rotary Steerable, where he led the organization through significant global growth and strategic expansion. Under his leadership, the company achieved rapid revenue growth and expanded into multiple international markets while strengthening operational performance and product innovation.

Magness’ experience spans global P&L leadership, manufacturing scale-up, engineering collaboration, and commercial strategy. He is known for pairing strong analytical thinking with practical execution while building cultures grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
